Day five was Saturday and I felt awful. We hosted 13 tenth grade girls
and I had a hard time finding the time to work out. With a cold and
some aches, I skipped. :( Sunday was a great abs day and today was my
first HIIT workout. High Intensity Interval Training. It was only 20
min but super intense! I felt great all day, though. I have eaten
excellent today and I think I might have actually surpassed my 100
grams of protein daily goal!
I forgot to weigh this morning so I will tomorrow. I want to track my
weight weekly, with my measurements and pics monthly.
