Yesterday was a rest day, and today was super tough. It was the same workout as the first day, but I seem to have lost my voice, been coughing up thick junk, and feel like I'm in a fog. I've always heard exercising can help even when you don't feel like it. I'm not sure if that applies to being sick, but I think I'm just a little sick! Ha.
