Day 17 & 18
Yesterday was a rest day. Today's workout was tough. Thankfully it's only 25 min. My legs feel like jello! I took a short clip of part of it. It's 25 min with about 8 spurts of 1 min drills.
Don't worry. I rewinded this and did it!
